Who am I?

• I live in Ngāmotu, Aotearoa with my husband, our 3 busy children and our energetic Hungarian Vizsla dog.

 

• I studied a Bachelor of Counselling at Bethlehem Tertiary Institute in Tauranga, Aotearoa and I   loved every aspect of it!  

 

• I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and I undergo        regular professional supervision.

• I will help you to rethink the things that have held you back so that you may live a far more freer life. I am dedicated in providing a restorative, honest and professional counselling service with a respectful and non-judgemental approach.

 

• I am passionate about self-discovery, specifically for people with a spiritual walk. I have a heart for those who are asking the tough questions in life and desire to pursue change and healing.

 

• I hope to help empower you to be able to gain a personal awareness of your wellbeing in order to develop the necessary skills and understandings  to aid your journey of transformation. 

 

• My hope is that you do not feel alone with what you are facing, but feel hopeful to pursue change as we both figure it out together!

 

 

 

 

I use a range of therapy techniques, which include:

• Narrative Therapy

• Strengths-based Therapy

• A focus on Spirituality as a therapeutic approach

• Te Whare Tapa Wha

• Person-centred Therapy

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

 

• The cost of counselling is $120 for a one hour session. Payment can be made by cash or internet banking.
